LOVER LOFT: SECOND ANNIVERSARY AND JUSTIN CARTER'S FAREWELL
The Easy Lover Loft is a semi-secret loft party featuring Justin Carter
and DJ Probus that's floated around off-the-beaten-path spaces in
Manhattan and Brooklyn for the past two years. The party is always a
perfect mixture of great music and easy vibe, but tonight's quadruply
special. This will be the first time it's happened since April; it's
the second anniversary of the party; it's the first installation ever
to happen in the strange, escalator-ed dim sum house under the
Manhattan Bridge; and bittersweetly, this'll be Justin's last hurrah
before he leaves the jam in Probus' hands.
As usual, beer's on the house for the first hour to get things going,
and the two residents will play an uninterrupted set of disco, house
and such from then until the end... Well, there will be one
interruption. But that's a surprise.
